Eastboud On Homeland Avenue

This photograph, taken earlier today, illustrates that vandalism and the shocking, heinous defacement of public property can take place even in the best and most established of neighborhoods. I have to cover my child's eyes as we drive by this disgrace, and my calls to the mayor's office have gone unheeded for weeks!
