Complications

Late in the morning Friday my right hand went numb. Hubby asked me what the matter was and I could only answer with gobbledygook. He asked me a few more questions and after satisfying himself that I needed medical attention, bundled me up and drove me to the ER. There they determined that I was having a small stroke which they didn't treat due to the brain cancer. Lovely combination, eh? So they checked me in and ran tests for a couple of days. I am home again wondering about the damage and whether it is part of a pattern. Driving home from my gallery opening a couple of weeks ago I collided with a car pulling away from it's parking space by the curb. The insurance company called it a total loss but not my fault. Now I have no car. They are paying out less than I owe, too. I think I will just give it a rest, don't feel much like driving right now, anyway.
