I’m only sleeping

The other morning, or was it afternoon? I awoke to police officers at the end of my bed.
Thinking that the gubment had finally caught up with me, I asked how I could help them. Well, it turns out to be just a wellness check. They told me to go back to sleep. They left, but I will always wonder who pulled that on me?

Winter

I watch the sinking temperatures and wonder how I will get to the drs appointments and pharmacy stops with so little in my bank account. While Uber is fast and dependable, it’s costing me too much. Do I need to call the older daughter for a bail out?

Lately

Happy New Year, everybody! A dull year, such a blessing! Wait, wait, two live group shows at the Creative Alliance! But venues continue to be closed. I’m ready to show!
