The yarn bombers are at it again. The parking meters on Falls Road have been fitted with dainty cozies. The one pictured is for the same sex marriage vote, which passed in the recent election. Knitting for social awareness.

Red Bella

On CNN I saw a photo of a group of Egyptian women in the crowd of revolutionaries. Proud and free in sunglasses and red shawls, I hope these young women are not headed for religious suppression in place of their previous woes.
